1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enquiring about any programme offered by Mediante, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage with our programmes. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and participants.
2. Nature of Our Services
Mediante is an educational organisation. Everything we offer is informational, skills-based, and reflective in nature. Our sessions and programmes are designed to help participants build communication and coordination skills in a general, educational context.
Our programmes do not constitute and should not be understood as any form of professional counselling, family support services, family dispute resolution, legal advice, or psychological intervention. Participating in a Mediante programme does not create a professional-client relationship of any regulated kind. Any skills, frameworks, or information shared in sessions are general and educational, and are not tailored to any individual's specific personal circumstances.
If you have needs that require a licensed or regulated professional, we encourage you to seek the appropriate service independently.
3. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our educational programmes and to contact us with enquiries. You agree not to:
- Use this website in any way that could damage or impair its availability or security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its associated systems.
- Use automated tools to extract, scrape, or reproduce content from this website without our written permission.
- Use this website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to this website for any visitor who breaches these terms.
4. Educational Programmes
All Mediante programmes — including the Family Communication Workshop, the Mediation-Support Information Session, and the Co-Coordination Skills Programme — are conducted in English and are open to adults aged 18 and over.
Session content, formats, and materials are designed by Mediante and are subject to change. Where a programme is described as multi-week or multi-session, the number of sessions and content outline will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. Mediante reserves the right to decline enrolment or remove a participant from a session if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful to others.
All materials provided in sessions — including worksheets, templates, and written summaries — are for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Fees and Payments
Programme fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:
- Family Communication Workshop — ฿3,570
- Mediation-Support Information Session — ฿6,630
- Co-Coordination Skills Programme — ฿11,050
Fees are payable in advance of the session start date. Full payment details will be confirmed when you contact us to arrange a session. Prices are subject to change and the fee applicable to you will be the one confirmed at the time you reserve your place.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling +66 2 519 6483.
Our specific cancellation and refund terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made with reasonable notice may be rescheduled without penalty; late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. Mediante reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session and will notify participants as early as possible in such cases. Where Mediante cancels a session, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, layout, design, and imagery — is the property of Mediante or is used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Programme materials provided to participants are for personal use only. They may not be shared commercially or reproduced for third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mediante provides educational information and facilitated learning experiences. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees about any outcome that participants may or may not experience as a result of attending any session or programme. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own discretion.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Mediante will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in our programmes or use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from a programme will not exceed the fee paid by the participant for that specific programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded under Thai law.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website and any personal information you provide when contacting us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Please read it carefully before using this website.
